Pioneer Amaresa Inc. is the rubber processing and export arm of the group. The company buys raw cuplumps and field latex from local farmers, processes them through its milling and crumbing facilities into internationally certified rubber grades, and exports finished product to regional and global buyers.

Raw Material Intake & Weighing

Cuplumps and field latex received and weighed at intake bays with recorded lot traceability.

Initial Sorting & Grading

Raw rubber is visually sorted by purity, moisture, and contaminant level before entering the milling line.

Industrial Milling

Multi-stage roller milling reduces cuplumps to uniform sheet thickness, removing trapped moisture and contaminants through mechanical action.

Crumbing Operations

Milled rubber is crumbed to produce granular product suitable for TSR grade production, compressed blocks, and specialist applications.

Drying Chambers

Crumbed or sheeted rubber passes through temperature-controlled drying chambers to meet volatile matter specifications.

In-line Quality Control

Inline sampling checks dirt content, ash, DRC, plasticity retention index (PRI), and Mooney viscosity against grade specifications.

Baling & Blanket Forming

Finished rubber is pressed into export bales or formed into rubber blankets, then weighed, labelled, and palletized for container loading.
